This piece represents the lonely feeling I get, the isolation I feel as I am surrounded by people. The way the feeling of being alone can be suffocating. Sometimes there is a voice that says to fall away from everyone to isolate myself so I don't have to feel awkward with everyone around me. The hope that I will be ok enough to stay around everyone and let the feeling pass.
