This is what anxiety feels like to me, I used to drown my anxiety with vodka but, being sober for 10 years I have had to deal with all my anxiety. Anxiety feels so loud with sober ears. All the noise crashing in on the center that you have to focus in on yourself and over take all of the noise with the sound of your own voice. The yellow exploding out from center like a supernova to overtake all the darkness. That the center is smooth and will not be overtaken by all the surrounding texture.
